THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
Established by Divine Decree

​

PREAMBLE

We, the people of the Kingdom of Heaven, recognizing the Creator as the Ultimate Sovereign and ruler over all, establish this Constitution to govern ourselves in righteousness, justice, and truth. Each family is sovereign over their own land, entrusted by the Creator to steward it in accordance with divine law. The Kingdom of Heaven is a realm of purity, holiness, and harmony, free from the corruption that plagues the kingdoms of this world. Therefore:

​

• No taxation shall be imposed upon any citizen, for the fruits of one’s labor belong to them and their household. Tribute to the Heavenly Government shall be given freely as an offering of gratitude and honor to the Creator.

• No pollution of the earth, sky, or waters shall be permitted, for the land is sacred and must be preserved in its beauty and abundance. Those who defile creation for selfish gain shall forfeit their place in the Kingdom.

• No oppression shall exist among the people, for all are made in the image of the Creator, equal in worth and dignity. No ruler, institution, or system shall exploit, enslave, or subjugate another.

• No corruption shall taint governance, trade, or relations between sovereigns, for all must walk in integrity, truth, and justice. Greed, deceit, and bribery shall have no place within the Kingdom.

 

For too long, the governments of the world have waged war, oppressed the people, and policed the land with tyranny, fascism, and corruption. The Creator is not pleased with their wickedness, nor will the Heavenly Government tolerate their unjust rule over those who belong to the Kingdom. The earth and all within it fall under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Government, for the earth belongs to the Creator. The time of reckoning has come, and the rulers of the earth must acknowledge the Creator and His divine Kingdom. They must pay tribute, relinquish their false claims over the land, and release their unlawful hold over the citizens of Heaven, or face judgment.

No earthly government has the right to tax, imprison, or oppress the citizens of Heaven. To do so is an act of defiance against the Creator and His government. Any ruler, nation, or authority that dares to resist the divine order shall be met with swift and severe consequences, for natural disasters, calamities, and destruction shall befall the lands of the rebellious until they submit to the truth. Their kingdoms shall crumble, and their dominion shall be taken from them. The Creator shall not be mocked, and the Heavenly Government shall not allow its citizens to be intimidated, oppressed, or punished for their loyalty to the Kingdom of Heaven. The corruption and control of earthly rulers must cease, for the reign of the righteous has begun.

This Constitution is established to ensure peace, prosperity, and the full restoration of the earth and its people under divine law. The people of the Kingdom are called to uphold love—love for the Creator, love for their partner, and love for their Kingdom—as the foundation of all righteousness. In this spirit, we commit to live as sovereigns under the Creator, tending to the land with wisdom, honoring one another in truth, and maintaining justice with unwavering faithfulness.

Let this Constitution stand as the immutable foundation of the Kingdom of Heaven, unchallenged and eternal. Amen.

ARTICLE I: THE SUPREME AUTHORITY OF GOD

1. The Creator is the Ultimate Sovereign, and all laws, governance, and justice shall be derived from His divine will.

2. The Holy Scriptures, as revealed truth, shall be the foundation of governance, ensuring righteousness, justice, and wisdom in all matters.

3. No law shall be made that contradicts divine law.

4. Every sovereign answers directly to the Creator alone, and no human court or intermediary shall judge another’s sovereignty.

5. The Divine Law of the Kingdom of Heaven is as follows:
   a) Love the Creator with all your heart, soul, and strength.
   b) Love your partner with faithfulness, honor, and devotion.
   c) Love your Kingdom, caring for its people, land, and righteousness as stewards under God.

ARTICLE II: SELF-GOVERNANCE AND FAMILY SOVEREIGNTY

1. Every family shall govern themselves and their land in accordance with divine law, being fully responsible for their own welfare, prosperity, and stewardship.

2. Families shall have full sovereignty over their land and all resources upon and within it, including mineral rights.

3. No man shall trespass upon another’s land without invitation or just cause.

4. No external authority shall impose rules upon a family’s land, except in cases where divine law has been violated.

5. Households are to uphold justice, peace, and righteousness, ensuring that no oppression, wickedness, or injustice is permitted.

6. If any person or household breaks divine law or commits injustice, they forfeit their right to sovereignty and are no longer citizens of the Kingdom.

 

ARTICLE III: THE HEAVENLY GOVERNMENT​

1. The earth and all within it fall under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Government, for the earth belongs to the Creator.

2. The Heavenly Government exists to uphold divine law, safeguard justice, and oversee the well-being of the Kingdom.

3. The rulers of the earth must acknowledge the Creator and the Heavenly Government, relinquishing their false claims over the land, lest they bring destruction upon themselves.

4. No earthly government has authority over the citizens of Heaven, nor shall they impose taxes, laws, or punishment upon them.

5. Any government that opposes the divine rule of the Creator shall be met with natural disasters, calamities, and the removal of their power until they submit.

6. The Heavenly Treasury shall be maintained through voluntary tribute, given as an act of honor and gratitude to the Creator.

 

ARTICLE IV: STEWARDSHIP AND RESTORATION OF THE EARTH

1. The earth is sacred and belongs to the Creator; it shall not be polluted, exploited, or destroyed.

2. All lands shall be restored to flourishing and abundance, with the balance of nature maintained as it was originally intended.

3. No chemicals, toxins, or harmful industries shall be permitted to poison the waters, soil, or air.

4. Mining, agriculture, and land use shall be conducted sustainably, ensuring that future generations inherit a thriving world.

5. Those who violate the sanctity of the earth shall be judged by the Creator and shall lose their place in the Kingdom.

 

ARTICLE V: RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF THE PEOPLE

1. Every person shall be free to worship, live, and govern themselves under divine law without oppression.

2. No one shall be enslaved, coerced, or forced into servitude, for all are made in the image of the Creator and granted dominion over their own lives.

3. Freedom of speech and truth is guaranteed, provided that no lies, deceit, or wickedness is spoken to corrupt or harm others.

4. Every individual has the right to defend their household, their land, and their sovereignty with justice and wisdom.

5. No debt shall be allowed to enslave a person or a family; all debts shall be forgiven every seven years, as commanded in divine law.

 

ARTICLE VI: JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT

1. Justice shall be upheld directly by the Creator; no earthly courts shall exist to rule over another sovereign.

2. No false accusations shall stand; all judgments must be based on truth and clear evidence.

3. Murder, theft, oppression, and all acts of wickedness shall result in forfeiture of sovereignty, and the offender shall no longer be a citizen of the Kingdom.

4. Restitution shall be made for crimes where possible, ensuring that justice is both corrective and redemptive, not merely punitive.

5. Those who refuse to live righteously and persist in lawlessness shall be removed from the Kingdom, as the Creator alone judges and enforces justice.

 

ARTICLE VII: HEAVENLY ECONOMY AND TRIBUTE

1. The economy of the Kingdom is based on honest labor, stewardship, and righteous trade.

2. No usury (interest) shall be charged on loans; lending shall be done in the spirit of generosity, not greed.

3. Wealth shall be freely shared, with no coercion; generosity is rewarded, and greed is condemned.

4. Tribute to the Heavenly Government is an offering of gratitude, not a tax, and shall be used for the good of the Kingdom.

5. No person shall hoard resources at the expense of others; all must be willing to share and provide for the common good.

 

ARTICLE VIII: THE FUTURE OF THE KINGDOM

1. The Kingdom shall have no end, for it is established upon eternal righteousness.

2. Future generations shall be raised in wisdom, honor, and reverence for the Creator, ensuring the continued flourishing of the Kingdom.

3. No force of evil shall prevail, for truth and justice are the foundation of this realm.

4. The restoration of all things shall continue until the earth is fully healed and reflects the glory of the Creator.

5. The people of the Kingdom shall remain vigilant, watching over the land, the laws, and their hearts, ensuring that righteousness never departs.

 

ARTICLE IX: SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND THE PURGING OF DARKNESS

1. The Kingdom of Heaven is at war against spiritual wickedness, satanic forces, and all who oppose the divine order of the Creator.

2. Satan and his ministers have infiltrated the governments of the world, enslaving the people through corruption, deception, and oppression.

3. The citizens of Heaven must resist all evil, casting out the darkness wherever it is found.

4. No citizen of Heaven shall submit to laws, systems, or authorities that serve the enemy; rather, they shall stand firm in righteousness and truth.

5. The Heavenly Government declares judgment upon all rulers, institutions, and powers that oppose the Kingdom and serve the will of Satan.

6. The righteous shall rise in battle—not with the weapons of the world, but with the power of the Creator, casting down strongholds, breaking chains, and restoring justice.

7. Those who persist in rebellion against the Creator shall witness plagues, disasters, and the fall of their empires, for the wrath of Heaven shall be poured out upon them.

 

ARTICLE X: THE DIVINE COUNCIL

The Divine Council is reserved for the 24 Elders, who sit before the Throne of the Creator and serve as eternal witnesses and counselors of His will.

​

The duty of the Divine Council is to uphold the judgments and decrees of the Creator and His King and Queen, to provide spiritual oversight over the governance of the Kingdom, and to ensure divine alignment among all rulers and sovereigns.

​

They intercede in matters of great consequence, deliver heavenly wisdom when summoned, and confirm righteous authority through prophetic witness.

​

The Council does not replace the Creator’s authority but serves to magnify His will and reinforce His justice throughout the Kingdom of Heaven and the earth beneath.

​

CONCLUSION

The Creator is the rightful ruler of the earth, and the Heavenly Government of the King shall prevail. No power of man shall stand against it, and those who resist shall face swift judgment. All who walk in righteousness shall inherit the land, and all who cling to corruption shall be cast down. The time of reckoning is at hand, and the Kingdom of Heaven shall be established forever. Let the enemies of Heaven tremble, for the righteous rise in power, and the dominion of darkness shall be no more. Amen.
